Blueberry Greek Yogurt Popsicle

We layered frozen blueberries and plain Greek yogurt into Popsicle molds and let them freeze for a few hours. Derek wanted to eat all the blueberries instead of adding them to the molds. He wanted to eat them right after we made them and didn’t want to wait for them to freeze. After nap the first thing he asked for was the popsicles. We took them outside and Derek really enjoyed the taste. He wasn’t a fan of how messy it was too eat though. Next time when making them I would give Derek a smaller spoon so he could have more independents in scooping the yogurt. I would also add more blueberries and layer them more but Derek didn’t seem to mind the taste of these ones. This can be made with any kind of fruit both fresh or frozen and any kind of yogurt. I would suggest that whatever fruit you are using be cut up small. You could also mix the fruit and yogurt before hand and then scoop it into the molds.
