Leapfrog Phonic & Alphabet Matching

Derek had fun singing and dancing along to songs including the Alphabet Song. We placed individual magnetic letter tiles on the bus window and then we pressed to hear it pronounce the letter’s name and sound correctly. Derek was able to say some of the letter sounds along with the toy as well as without. We also listened to the letter being use it in a word and a sentence. Derek wanted to try and make his own words even though he doesn’t know how to correctly yet. We also played with the animal matching barn. Derek matched some of the animals together correctly and danced to the music and listened to the animal sounds. He then found out that the toy will make a joke out of finding the incorrect animal match. He found this more fun and continued to find incorrect matches. Overall both of these toys are a lot of fun with lots of learning.
