Banana, Avocado, Oat – Cookies

We baked banana, avocado, peanut butter, oat cookies. Derek did help with some of the baking today but didn’t want to do much of the work. He kept asking for help or telling me to do the steps by myself. He really doesn’t like getting messy or doing things that are hard. I guess I just need to keep exposing him to this sort of thing. Maybe an easier less messy recipe next time.
